September 17/FactSet Flashwire -- Davide Campari Milano SpA agreed to acquire the business and assets of the three wine businesses of William Grant & Sons Irish Brands Ltd for an enterprise value of 106.8 million pounds ($167 million) in cash. The acquisition will increase Davide Campari Milano SpA's presence in international markets.

The acquired businesses include the Carolans, Frangelico, Irish Mist trademarks and finished goods. The acquisition will be financed through Davide Campari Milano SpA's existing cash resources. The transaction is expected to be completed on October 1, 2010. Based in Ireland, the three wine businesses manufacture and distribute wines.
