June 30/Jackson, MI/Press Release -- Dawn Food Products has completed the acquisition of the Unifine Food & Bake Ingredients business from Royal Cosun.

Over the next 12 months, Unifine will be fully integrated into Dawn as leaders from both organizations continue to work closely together to develop and implement an integration plan.

This finalized transaction includes all seven Unifine manufacturing sites, 10 sales offices in Europe and the brands of Sucrea, Fruibel, Caullet and Dethmers.
