December 2/Omaha, Neb./Associated Press -- Food maker ConAgra Foods Inc. said it completed its acquisition of pretzel maker National Pretzel Co. from Brookstone Holdings.
The deal was announced in November. Financial terms were not disclosed.
ConAgra gets all the assets of National Pretzel including the HK Anderson and Shultz labels, three bakeries and 700 employees.
ConAgra, based in Omaha, Neb., owns brands including Chef Boyardee, Egg Beaters, Marie Callender's, Slim Jim, Healthy Choice and others.
