Canyon Bakehouse’s 100% gluten-free muffins are made with a blend of berries, seeds and grains. Each muffin contains 4g of protein and 2g of dietary fiber. The Cranberry Crunch variety is made with brown rice flour, extra virgin olive oil, sugar, cranberries, eggs, potato starch, water, pumpkin seeds, whole-grain millet, baking powder, cultured brown rice flour, poppy seeds, xanthan gum, vanilla extract (natural flavor), sea salt, sunflower oil and natural enzymes.   



The muffins are certified gluten free by the Gluten Intolerance Group and are certified kosher by the Vaad Hoeir of St.
