Darifair® Foods Inc., a food manufacturer based here that provides a wide variety of dairy products and solutions, named Midd McManus to be its President. “At Darifair Foods we are proud of the foodservice industry relationships we have built over the past 30 years,” said Andy Block, Darifair Foods CEO.

Midd McManus spent the past two years at Sun Orchard, leading their efforts in the beverage category as Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Prior to Sun Orchard, McManus held various leadership positions within Morningstar Foods (a subsidiary of Dean Foods), which was purchased by Saputo in 2012.

During his time at Morningstar, Midd's positions included National Director of Supply Chain, Senior Director of Sales Operations, Vice President and General Manager of Foodservice and Retail Channels, and Vice President of Away-from-Home National Account Sales. In 2011, under McManus’s leadership, McDonald’s named Dean Foods Supplier of the Year.

In his role as President of Darifair Foods, McManus will have direct responsibility for and lead all aspects of the company. Andy Block, the long time CEO of Darifair Foods said Midd will report to Darifair’s Executive committee and will be charged with executing the companies long-term strategies.

Prior to his time with Sun Orchard and Dean Foods, McManus spent five years with Nestlé Waters and 12 years with UPS. He studied Accounting at the University of Houston and earned an MBA in Corporate Finance from the University of Dallas.
