Prova offers vanilla extracts, oleoresins, natural vanilla flavors and vanilla flavors. Thanks to our many years of experience, we have built up a highly specialized selection process to help us choose from the very best vanilla pod qualities. Our various and unique extraction technologies allow us to manufacture tailor-made extracts adapted to each specific application.
The extracts are fat soluble for chocolate and bakery products; milk soluble for dairy products and ice-cream; water soluble for beverages and sugar confectionery; and moisture free for dry mixes and cereals.
Prova’s natural identical flavorings are represented by two offerings with specific purposes. The PROVAROM range groups together a vast selection of nature identical flavors in liquid and powder form (sprayed, encapsulated), offering different taste profiles adapted to each market, and a choice of concentration in accordance with application restrictions.
The PROVANIL range provides a complete alternative to vanillin and ethyl vanillin offering a technical and cost effective substitute for use in the chocolate, bakery and cereal industry.
Prova’s PROCAO flavor lines includes cocoa extracts, natural cocoa flavors and chocolate flavors that deliver a very high concentration compared to cocoa powder.
PROCAO flavors deliver an authentic taste reproducing the true cocoa/chocolate notes. They offer good solubility compared to cocoa powder; as well as technical advantages to supplement the action of the cocoa powder
PROCAO includes a range of natural, NI and N&A flavorings with a variety of chocolate notes: dark chocolate, milk chocolate, white chocolate—as well as combinations of a chocolate taste with toffee, hazelnut, coffee, biscuit, cereals and orange notes.
PROCAO flavors are available in liquid and powder forms.
Prova’s PROCAFE flavorings line includes concentrated liquid coffee extracts, coffee extracts, natural coffee flavors and coffee flavors.
Our range of coffee flavors offers varied aromatic profiles depending upon the sources and varieties of coffee. Varieties include Pure Arabica, Pure Robusta, Arabica/Robusta blends sourced from Colombia, Brazil, Kenya, Venezuela and other countries.
Manufacturers can create Espresso, Cappuccino, Mocha and Latte Macchiato products using the liquid form, which has the advantage of easy handling and fast solubility. This ensures optimal dispersion in the finished product. There also are different solubilities to adapt to each type of use: water and milk soluble for beverage and dairy applications; and fat soluble for high-fat systems in chocolate and bakery.

PROVA has had a range of organic EC-certified vanilla extracts since 1996, and more recently, also NOP certified. They are available in three mains forms: liquid extracts, extracts on powder carrier for dry blends or as ground vanilla bean powder.
Organic offerings include vanilla natural flavor, cocoa extracts, coffee extracts, caramel natural flavor and chestnut natural flavor.
