Copper Moon Coffee enriches its French Vanilla Cappuccino Insta-Kups with probiotics.
Copper Moon Coffee, Lafayette, Ind., may be the first coffee company to use probiotics in K-Cup® technology. The company’s new French Vanilla Cappuccino Insta-Kups feature Ganeden Biotech’s probiotic ingredient GanedenBC30 (Bacillus coagulans GBI-30, 6086).
“We’re very excited to introduce this innovation in functional hot beverages.
