Probar LLC, Salt Lake City, Utah, refreshed its companywide packaging and embraced Probar Base as a new name for one of its product lines. New “Base” replaces Probar’s former reference to “Core” products. In addition, two new Probar Base varieties are Frosted Peanut Butter and Chocolate Supergreens.
Base bars include 20g of plant protein, 4-5g of fiber, chia and flax seeds. They also are gluten free and non-GMO Project Certified. Probar offers three additional lines: Probar Meal, Probar Bolt and Probar Fuel.
Founded in 2004—and celebrating its 10th anniversary this year—Probar was an early innovator of non-baked bars with mostly raw and organically sourced ingredients.
