Rib Rub from Hi Mountain Seasonings

No oil is required when applying the rub to proteins and vegetables

Hi Mountain Seasoning introduced Rib Rub, a fresh and versatile dry spice rub. It contains a blend of sweet, sour, strong and salty flavors that should enrich the natural flavors of meat.

Rib Rub offers a unique combination of paprika, garlic, salt, onion, honey granules, peppers and mustard that compliment not only ribs and pork, but also beef and game meats. Hi Mountain Seasoning’s Rib Rub has been carefully created as to not hide the flavor of the meat, rather, it will enhance the great flavors as it is absorbed during the cooking process.

The entire line of Hi Mountain rubs adhere using the natural moisture of the meat, so no oil is required, making them virtually fat-free and a healthier alternative to many oil-laden marinades on the market.
