Maple Leaf Foods is evolving in the Canadian prepared meats space with the launch of Maple Leaf Canadian Craft, a new line-up of craft meats that elevates the experience of every-day prepared meats and increases the accessibility of specialty meats for all Canadians.

Maple Leaf Canadian Craft is introducing seven prepared meats inspired by iconic Canadian flavors. Each product is made from pork raised by Canadian farmers and premium, natural ingredients. The Maple Leaf Canadian Craft line-up includes:

• Atlantic Course Salt Prosciutto
• Canadian Whisky and Apple Bacon
• Montreal Steak Spice Capicollo
• Montreal Style Smoked Meat Wieners
• Okanagan Inspired Garlic & Herb Salami
• Ontario Inspired Cherrywood Smoked Ham
• Quebec Maple Ham

Maple Leaf is partnering with several local suppliers from across Canada for its ingredients, including sourcing whisky and Atlantic salt from Nova Scotia and maple syrup from Quebec.
