Editor's Note: Watch the video below to learn more about Alden's Organic Ice Creams.

Three classic ice cream flavors are getting an organic “make under” from Alden’s Organic. By eliminating the artificial ingredients, Alden’s Organic is introducing clean, organic versions of classic favorites: Birthday Cake, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and Peanut Butter Fudge.

Ice cream lovers will have an opportunity to dig into cleaner versions of ice cream varieties as a result of using organic ingredients – including milk and cream from cows not treated with the artificial growth hormone rBST or antibiotics – and leaving out artificial ingredients. The three new varieties include:

  • Alden’s Organic Birthday Cake: Rich cake-flavored ice cream with ribbons of purple icing
  • Alden’s Organic Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough: Creamy vanilla ice cream with bites of organic chocolate chip cookie dough and chocolate chips
  • Alden’s Organic Peanut Butter Fudge: Sweet and salty peanut butter ice cream with swirls of organic fudge and peanut butter

Alden’s Organic delivers a taste of nostalgia while avoiding artificial ingredients — everything from carrageenan, palm oil, mono and diglycerides, to Red #40. In addition, Alden’s Organic ice creams are USDA certified organic, non-GMO, free of high-fructose corn syrup and made with organic milk and cream from cows humanely raised with access to green pastures, fresh air, sunshine and shade.

New flavors from Alden’s Organic will be available in 1.5-quart cartons in natural food stores and conventional grocers nationwide beginning in February 2018. Pricing ranges between $6.99 and $7.99.
