Elmhurst 1925 Unsweetened Milked Walnuts and Unsweetened Milked Cashews
Elmhurst Unsweetened Milked Walnuts and Unsweetened Milked Cashews are crafted through a unique HydroRelease™ method
Elmhurst® 1925, maker of simple, nutritious plant-based nut and grain milks, launched Unsweetened Milked Walnuts™ and Unsweetened Milked Cashews™, extensions of its Unsweetened nut milk line crafted with only two simple ingredients – walnuts/cashews and water. Joining the ranks of Unsweetened Milked Almonds™ and Unsweetened Milked Hazelnuts™, these new plant-based milks offer consumers classic nut milk varieties without added sugar. They can be drunk by the glass, stirred into coffee, added to hot and cold cereals, blended into smoothies and more.
Like all Elmhurst products, Elmhurst Unsweetened Milked Walnuts and Unsweetened Milked Cashews are crafted through a unique HydroRelease™ method. Using just water, HydroRelease separates the components of a nut, grain or seed, before reassembling them as a creamy, beverage-ready emulsion. The original ingredient’s nutrition is maintained, and no added gums or emulsifiers are needed to hold the product together. All Elmhurst plant milks, including these two new unsweetened nut milks, are certified vegan, gluten-free, Non-GMO Project Verified, dairy-free, OU kosher and made without artificial flavors, carrageenan, gums or other emulsifiers.
• Unsweetened Milked Walnuts – simply made with only two ingredients, walnuts and water, this creamy nut milk also contains 1,400 mg of ALA omega-3 per glass.
• Unsweetened Milked Cashews – crafted simply with just cashews and water, and up to five times more nuts per serving as other leading brands.
