Bell Flavors & Fragrances received official certification of its Bell Northbrook, Ill., facility for the production of Organic Certified flavors. 

This certification includes more than 100 flavors from Liquid compounding, Spray Dry, and Dry Blend manufacturing areas.

As the demand for organic products continues to grow, Bell continues to offer a growing range of organic flavors to meet this dynamic market category. Moreover, Bell officials project continued growth with their organic flavor line.

According to QAI (Quality Assurance International), being organic entails “produce and other organic ingredients in retail products are grown without the use of synthetic pesticides and fertilizers, sewage sludge, genetically modified organisms or ionizing radiation. Animals that produce meat, poultry, eggs and dairy products are not given antibiotics or growth hormones.”
