Rudy Dieperink to lead as chief executive officer
Brookside Flavors & Ingredients LLC, provider of healthy, natural, good for you flavors and ingredients, announced that Rudy Dieperink has joined Brookside as chief executive officer.
Dieperink is a veteran food ingredient and flavor executive with experience in growing brands and leading top performing companies in high growth categories. Most recently he was president and CEO of FrieslandCampina Ingredients N.A., Inc. , owned by FrieslandCampina N.V., one of the world’s largest dairy cooperatives.
During his tenure, he led FrieslandCampina Ingredients N.A., refocused the company on strategic markets and moved the organization towards more value-added relationships resulting in greater profitability. Prior to FrieslandCampina Ingredients, Dieperink was COO of Ottens Flavors, and held numerous senior executive positions at Quest International.
