Mojave Mallows, a certified organic marshmallow brand, expanded its Southern California footprint with a launch at Mother’s Market & Kitchen this month. The AAPI-founded brand will now bring its better-for-you, handcrafted treats to Mother’s loyal community of natural and organic shoppers across 11 locations throughout Orange County and Greater Los Angeles.
Founded by two sisters and former Girl Scouts, Mojave Mallows is on a mission to reimagine the nostalgic marshmallow with elevated ingredients and ethical practices. Each batch is handmade in California using USDA-certified organic ingredients and packaged in eco-conscious materials made from post-consumer recycled goods.
Mojave Mallows are beloved for their ultra-fluffy texture and naturally sweet flavor, thanks to desert-sourced agave and nutrient-rich dates. Each batch is slow-cooked for over 18 hours to achieve their signature softness and lower melting point. Wholesome and made without artificial ingredients, they’re indulgent, whether toasted over a campfire, melted into cocoa, or enjoyed straight from the bag.
Now available at Mother’s Market for $12.99 (4.5oz), the lineup includes:
- Vanilla Bean: A timeless classic, speckled with real vanilla bean.
- Cocoa Dipped: Vanilla mallows finished with a dusting of rich cocoa.
This retail expansion follows Mojave Mallows’ successful debut at Erewhon last month and marks the next major milestone in the brand’s rapid growth. As consumer demand for elevated, better-for-you treats continues to rise, the launch at Mother’s Market strengthens Mojave Mallows’ presence in the premium natural grocery space, with more regional and national retailers to follow.
