Kevin Anderson

Kevin Anderson, owner of Kevin M. Anderson LLC, manages development and commercialization of food products for Creative Food Solutions (part of the Food Group). He works with a number of ingredient and product manufacturers, including To-Jo Mushrooms Inc. and Fresco Foods Inc. Anderson spent 24 years as director of product innovation for the Burger King Corp., managing proteins, sides and promotional products and participated in the development of the company’s hugely successful breakfast menu products. He also spent several years as part of the global innovation team developing and commercializing products throughout Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Anderson has acted as the director of product development for Jac Pac Foods Inc.; vice-president of technical services for Gemini Food Industries Inc.; and directed projects for Creative Seasonings Inc. Anderson has received numerous awards, including two Research Chefs Assn. President’s Awards, as well as the RCA Pioneer Award in 2015. He has served on multiple RCA boards and has been a 40-year member of the Institute of Food Technologists. A graduate of the University of Miami, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Chemistry. He can be reached at kevandersonone@gmail.com.
