Lindsay Wisener

Lindsay Wisener is founder of, and lead developer for, Chicago-based WiseBev Labs. After receiving her BS and MS degrees in Food Science at Purdue University, she worked for more than a decade as a product development scientist for CPG companies such as Kellogg and Mead Johnson Nutrition. She has extensive experience in developing functional and nutritional beverages. Products she has developed include: infant formula, weight loss shakes, toddler nutrition products, milk modifiers, fortified waters, plant-based protein drinks, milk analogs, and supplements. WiseBev Labs is a state-of-the art facility designed for today’s beverage development challenges, with full processing and analytical equipment available.
