Constantino Joins Roth Käse USA
At Roth Käse, Constantino will lead all sales-related activities for the company’s cheese products in the retail sales channel and will also direct the Roth Käse retail sales team.
Most recently, Constantino was with San Diego-based Cantare Foods; as executive vice president for sales & marketing, he was responsible for all sales and marketing, new product development, operations and bottom-line results.
Steve McKeon, president of Roth Käse USA, made the announcement of Constantino’s appointment.
“It is rare to find someone with Robert Constantino’s depth of knowledge in all aspects of the dairy/deli field,” said McKeon. “We are excited to add his expertise in sales, marketing, management and brand building to the Roth Käse team.”
In his career, Constantino has held a number of top management posts. He started as the co-founder of Pryority Food Marketing, a Boston brokerage firm, representing branded meat and cheese manufacturers in all food industry segments. As the executive vice president of sales and marketing of Norseland Foods, he managed the Jarlsberg and Boursin brands of specialty cheeses in North America. Also, as president and owner of Rodele Specialty Foods in Merrill, Wis., he firmly established Rondele in the top tier of gourmet spreadable cheeses in North America.
