(TFS) announced the recent hire of Denise Serafim as the new head of R&D and chief flavor chemist.  Serafim, a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (biology), joins TFS from a prominent flavor house, where over her 12-year tenure, she was primary savory flavor chemist and the primary R&D chemist involved in scale-up and processing optimization.
