With more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of sales management, Boever most recently served as senior vice president sales at ConAgra Foods Inc., where he led the direct and broker sales organization for the Consumer Division. Chris joined ConAgra Foods in 2007 as vice president of sales planning and advanced through positions of increasing responsibility including both planning and operations strategy across a portfolio of frozen, grocery, refrigerated and snack food brands. Prior to ConAgra Foods, Chris worked at Hormel Foods from 1991 to 2007. He moved rapidly through roles of increasing scope before being named vice president of sales strategy in 2004. His last position with Hormel was vice president sales, business development where he was the strategic link between brand and customer annual operating plan development and execution for the Grocery, Meat and Deli businesses. Chris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin.
