January 13/St. Louis/St. Louis Business Journal-- Private-label food company Ralcorp Holdings Inc. has completed the lineup for the boards of directors of both the company and for Post Holdings Inc. following the planned spinoff of the Post branded cereal business. The directors will begin serving immediately after the spinoff is completed, which Ralcorp said is expected to occur about the end of this month.
