Ralcorp Holdings Inc. has completed the lineup for the boards of directors of both the company and for Post Holdings Inc. following the planned spinoff of the Post branded cereal business.
Ralcorp Holdings Inc. has picked Robert Vitale to serve as chief financial officer of Post Holdings, which will house its Post cereal business following the food maker's planned spinoff of the business.
