TIC Gums hydrocolloid systems provide important texture and stability options and help food and beverage manufacturers meet clean label requirements.

As consumers demand shorter label declarations and recognizable ingredients, formulators are challenged to create products that meet common requirements such as “organic,” “all natural” and “non-GMO.” These same consumers also search for ingredients they perceive to be healthy—such as vitamins and protein.
