Litehouse Inc., Sandpoint, Idaho, is building on the momentum of its recent foodservice gallon brand with a number of new aioli offerings and sauces.
Perfect as a sandwich, burger spread or even a dip, Litehouse’s new aioli offerings include Basil Pesto, Garlic Asiago, Chipotle, and Lemon. Aioli provide an easy way to re-imagine a mainstream entrée with bold flavor without adding a lot of cost or effort behind a menu offering. All four flavors are available in 32-ounce pouches.
New additions to the Litehouse Foodservice gallon line include two non-high fructose corn syrup BBQ sauces: Kansas City Style Original BBQ and Kansas City Style Spicy BBQ. A new White Pizza Sauce, also available from the gallon line, offers a creamy garlic base for a variety of pizza recipes.
“Historically, there’s been limited cleaner-label options for classics like flavored mayonnaise, BBQ sauce and pizza sauce, so we updated these favorites to make them relevant for today’s consumer,” says Angela Wanous, a Litehouse brand manager. “Our goal was to go back to the basics and combine simplified ingredient bases with authentic great taste.”
All of the new Litehouse products are free of high fructose corn syrup, artificial colors, artificial flavors and artificial preservatives.
