Gold Coast Ingredients expands tomato flavor offerings

Gold Coast Ingredients’ (GCI) Savory R&D Team used the company’s new S.M.A.R.T. Center in Santa Fe Springs, Calif., to expand GCI’s variety of Tomato Flavors. With an increase in demand for an everyday Tomato Flavor, the GCI Savory Team developed an updated and more complex flavor profile range. The goal is to meet and exceed customers’ current expectations of Tomato Flavors.

Newly developed flavor profiles include Fresh Tomato, Vine Ripened Tomato, Roasted Tomato, Fried Green Tomato, Tomato Paste, and Tomato & Herb. These flavors pair well with applications such as seasonings, snacks, sauces, salsas, beverages and breads.
