Consumer demand for almond milk is strong and growing around the globe, creating endless opportunities for new almond-based formulations, blends and flavors to capture consumers’ interest and maintain a leading position in the plant-based beverage category.

According to a new study from Datassential, almond milk is more popular than any other plant-based milk, and 46% of almond milk drinkers say they plan to drink more almond milk in the coming year.[1] With dairy milk alternatives on the rise, nearly 60% of consumers surveyed reported using almond milk at least weekly. 

The Almond Board of California has compiled the latest almond milk consumer insights, recipe inspiration and sustainability information for manufacturers to consider while formulating with almond milk.
