After a year of launching new products, activations, and winning awards, Mind Blown™ by The Plant Based Seafood Co. announced expansion with a number of wholesale food distributors. Mind Blown Crab Cakes are now available in the NY, NJ and Conn. area through Fancy Foods Inc.; in Riverside, Calif., through Sysco; DC, Maryland and Virginia metro areas through US Foods, and available to operators nationwide online at www.webstaurant.com.
With the expansion, Mind Blown Crab Cakes will be on the menus of more restaurants, with the first of many being All Surf No Turf in Clifton, N.J., that is now offering Mind Blown Crab Cakes.
This isn’t the first major splash Mind Blown has seen this year with distribution. In July, the Mind Blown Crab Cakes, Dusted Shrimp and Scallops became available nationwide at all Sprouts Farmers Market locations, marking the brand’s first national distribution.
