Butter Buds Promotes Paul Buhler to National Sales Director

Buhler’s diverse experience and proven sales success position him to lead Butter Buds’ ingredient sales team, drive growth and advance customer-focused innovation

Butter Buds Inc., a global leader in dairy and non-dairy concentrates, recently announced Paul Buhler has been promoted to national sales director of the ingredients division. This strategic appointment reflects Butter Buds’ ongoing commitment to fostering talent and strengthening its sales leadership to drive continued growth and innovation. 

“It is a great pleasure to share the news that Paul Buhler has been promoted to national sales director of Butter Buds Food Ingredients,” said John Buhler, president of Butter Buds Inc. “Paul originally joined the company in 2018 and has spent years learning all aspects of our business—from warehousing, sample requests and fulfillment, applications and R&D, to multiple sales roles where he produced excellent results by growing sales in both domestic and international markets. Paul has demonstrated great sales ability and his enthusiasm towards building authentic relationships both inside and outside the company makes Paul a perfect fit for this role leading our sales team.”

As National Sales Director, Buhler will be tasked with developing, leading and overseeing Butter Buds’ sales organization. He will provide strategic guidance and support to regional teams, oversee pricing and contract negotiations, monitor market trends and spearhead efforts to introduce new technologies and solutions to customers across North America. His leadership will ensure Butter Buds continues to deliver high-quality, on-trend ingredient solutions that meet evolving market demands. 

Buhler’s tenure at Butter Buds has been marked by consistent success where he has built a deep understanding of the company brand and the importance of delivering best-in-class support to its valued customers. His diverse experience across various departments has provided him with a holistic view of the business, from product development to market delivery. Buhler earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Maryland - Baltimore County and also studied economics at the University of Amsterdam, Amsterdam School of Economics.
