BENEO, one of the leading manufacturers of functional ingredients, has announced a significant expansion for its chicory root fiber production facility in Chile by 2022, funded by an investment of more than 50 million Euro.
$27 million expansion will double current operational output, and is the second time in three years the company has implemented a significant capital project

This is the fifth expansion at the Riviana complex which began in 2006 with the purchase of approximately 310 acres of land on South Lauderdale and the company being granted a 12-year PILOT incentive for its investment to acquire the property and construct and equip the facility.
