Zach Hovan is the corporate chef for Bunge North America Inc., where he leads the Bunge culinary team in meeting customer needs and challenges. He completed his associate’s degree at L’Ecole Culinaire in St. Louis, and studied under Chef Claudio Piantini in Tuscany, Italy.
