Yossi Tal, PhD, is a marine biologist, graduate of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and former assistant professor at the University of Maryland. As CTO of Seakura Ltd., Israel, he studies and develops land-based marine aquaculture systems for the sustainable and clean production of seaweed and other marine foods.
