Join us as Barbara Katz, president of HealthFocus International, presents the keynote address at Prepared Foods’ R&D Applications Seminar-Chicago, August 14-15, 2013, at Renaissance Chicago O’Hare.

 

Shoppers see “natural” throughout the grocery store, but what impact does that term truly have, and why? What do they think the term means? Katz explores those answers and more, utilizing an extensive HealthFocus International study of more than 1,500 consumers. In a fascinating comparison, R&D Seminar participants will also be asked their opinions of natural, and Katz will delve into the differences in consumer perceptions vs. those of the food industry itself.

 

This 9th annual event provides food and beverage formulators with practical, non-commercial, “how-to” solutions to specific formulation challenges and a better understanding of the functionality of a wide range of ingredients.
