January 22/Scottsdale, Ariz./PRNewswire-FirstCall -- NutriPure Beverages Inc. named Jessica Dykun as its senior research scientist. Dykun's responsibilities will include researching new formulations, overseeing all aspects of Quality Assurance and Quality Control, and supporting all aspects of production setup, equipment control, and the manufacturing and storage of product. She will also be responsible for the coordination of sourcing and formulation and will liaison directly with ingredient manufactures and other key vendors and suppliers.

Dykun brings with her an innovative food science background, including a notable stint at the H.J. Heinz Company's Innovational Center Analytical Chemical Laboratory, where she determined major nutritional components, ran daily Quality Assurance/Quality Control testing, micro-testing, and reheological profile studies, and assisted in the development and formulation of a fermented tomato beverage. She was also the senior research scientist at XND Technologies Inc. and was instrumental in the early preparations and analyses of formulations leading to the development of NutriPure's soon-to-be-released Nu20 product line. Dykun graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a major in biology and a minor in chemistry. She is also a member of the Phi Eta Sigma Honor Society.
