September 22/Rockleigh, N.J./Prepared Foods Magazine -– In line with Takasago’s market segment driven strategy, the company has announced a reorganization of its U.S. flavor marketing team.

Brian Buck, senior vice president and general manager of Takasago Americas, announced the new marketing team, comprised of three key members: Maria Carluzzo, Sue Harrison and Alex DeAngelis.

Carluzzo, previously marketing associate, advances to marketing manager with her responsibilities focused on the Beverage and Savory Markets.

Harrison, who comes to Takasago Flavors from a previous position at Takasago Fragrances, is now marketing manager with a focus on the Confections and Oral Care segments.

DeAngelis is marketing administrator, providing support for all segments and marketing responsibilities.

Together, this team will collaborate on market research projects, gathering and analyzing data. They will oversee trend analysis and liaise with the creative development services of the Takasago Global Network.

Buck commented, “Our newly structured marketing team is in place to provide comprehensive services that will support the internal sales and flavor development activities of Takasago Americas, as well as enhancing our services to our customers in the U.S. and around the world. It’s another example of how we are maximizing our resources to be more productive and effective for our customers.”
