Wild Flavors GmbH completed its acquisition of Cargill’s global juice cold blends and compounds business, and announced Vince Macciocchi as the chief operating officer for the North American entity, reporting directly to Michael H. Ponder, global chief executive officer, Wild Flavors GmbH.
