It’s a side dish that’s big on color (orange) and operator convenience (microwaveable). Rite Stuff Foods says its new, restaurant-quality, twice-baked sweet potato (5oz, 8oz sizes) is the ideal side —or even an entrée for lunch or dinner menus. Its filling is a mixture of sweet and russet potatoes. “With countless sweet potato fries at retail and restaurants, Rite Stuff noticed a void: that there were no twice-baked sweet potatoes,” says Mary Tutterow, national accounts manager. “We believe this flavor is sure to get the attention of healthy consumers who love sweet potatoes or someone looking for a change in twice-baked potato offerings.”
