Fuchs North America introduces a line of six South American-inspired flavor bases.

Fuchs North America has introduced a new line of six South American-inspired flavor bases. This new seasoning lineup features the following base flavor profiles: Aji Amarillo, a fruity, flavorful chili suited to meat rubs; Chimichurri, the classic sauce featuring a citrus flavor accentuated by parsley and seasonings; Gaucho Rub, a meat rub combination from chili peppers, oregano, pepper flakes, sea salt and other ingredients; Guasacaca, a spicy avocado salsa from Brazil; Hogao, a Colombian criollo meat sauce from onions, tomatoes, garlic, cumin, and other spices and seasonings; and Tempero Baiano, a dry seasoning mixture to flavor meats, fish, vegetables and soups.
