As global marketing director, Fong drives the development and execution of strategies for growth across all segments of FMC's food ingredients portfolio. He leads all marketing initiatives, including product portfolio strategy and the development of winning customer value propositions.

Previously, Fong was the director of commercial development at Lonza, where he was responsible for implementing growth strategies for its Life Sciences ingredients portfolio. Prior to his position at Lonza, he was the marketing leader for Ganeden Biotech and held marketing roles at Ingredion (then National Starch), Pharmavite and Nestle.
