September 3/St. Louis/Press Release -- SensoryEffects has acquired the dairy and non-dairy creamer business of Quality Ingredients Corporation (QIC). Included in the acquisition are QIC’s Marshfield, Wis., manufacturing site, a Filtermat spray dryer and other dry blending equipment, formulas, technology, trademarks and intellectual property. After divestment of their creamer business, QIC will now focus solely on its growing contract manufacturing business and specialty ingredients business.
