Kevin C. Yost, the president and chief operating officer of the Dairy Foods Division (USA), has advised the company that he is resigning from his current position, effective December 10, 2013. In addition to his current functions as the company's president and chief operating officer, Dino Dello Sbarba will act as interim president and chief operating officer of the Dairy Foods Division (USA).
