Officials say Phenolea Complex offers powerful antioxidant activity, which contributes to oxidative stability and helps food manufacturers formulate for clean labels. To overcome processing challenges, PhenoFarm has developed two formulations of Phenolea Complex: liquid concentrated water soluble for liquid applications; and dry powder water soluble for meat and bakery applications.
