Idaho Falls, Idaho -- Idahoan Foods recently reformulated the recipes of two of its Homestyle Casseroles, as well as updated its packaging, in a move to further meet consumer demand of the popular items.
"We enriched the recipes to further support our reputation for authentic homemade taste and convenient preparation," says Drew Facer, CEO of Idahoan Foods. "The casseroles have been widely popular products yet we felt we could give our customers an even superior offering.  Making this kinds of improvement came at a significant cost, but supports our pursuit to delight our customers with the highest quality products."

The Idahoan casseroles with enhanced recipes are:

  • Au Gratin Homestyle Casserole –Potato slices with cheesy au gratin sauce
  • Scalloped Homestyle Casserole – Potato slices with rich and creamy scalloped sauce

The new casserole recipes are showcased in redesigned packaging sure to capture attention on grocery shelves.  The new boxes are brightly colored with sophisticated and compelling imagery and labels informing people of the new look and taste.

In addition to the enhancements of the Homestyle Casseroles, Idahoan has also added a brand new flavor, Jalapeno Cheddar, which blends potato slices and diced jalapenos with a rich cheddar cheese sauce. This comes in addition to the Au Gratin, Scalloped, Applewood Smoked Bacon and Loaded Baked options.
