Chef Johnny Carino joins the King & Prince Seafood® team as Corporate Chef, bringing a diverse portfolio of foodservice experience to the table. With more than 30 years of industry practice under his belt, and a graduate of the prestigious Johnson and Wales University, Carino’s background reflects a broad range of experience: culinary, operations, product development, teaching, and consulting. Chef Carino’s passion for the industry is apparent through his all-encompassing resume of foodservice segments: quick service, casual dining, fine dining, hospitality, mid-scale, and corporate dining.
