Salem Baking Company introduced Gluten Free Moravian Cookies in Double Chocolate, Toasted Coconut and Salted Caramel at the Winter Fancy Food Show in San Francisco.

Double Chocolate
Rich melted artisan chocolate is poured into each batch and blended with premium cocoa.

Toasted Coconut
Sweet toasted coconut flakes are combined with whole eggs and pure cane sugar. Salted Caramel Creamy caramel is melted and folded into the dough, mingling with just a pinch of sea salt.

Each flavor is baked using essential ingredients, with no preservatives, artificial colors, or artificial flavors. These 5-ounce boxes have an SRP of $5.99, and ships in February.
