The Chocolate Puffs start with a crunchy puffed quinoa flour base, coated in rich, Organic Fair Trade Certified™ dark chocolate and plant-based glaze instead of a shellac-laden confectioner's glaze, which is derived from lac beetle. The result is a better-for-you version of the classic malt ball.
