Grey Mountain’s growth capital to help Kronos better serve new and existing customers

Grey Mountain Partners (“Grey Mountain”) acquired Kronos Foods, Inc. (“Kronos”). Kronos is a Mediterranean food manufacturer and distributor, primarily serving the foodservice market.
