Firmenich introduces clean label platform to create authentic, natural, traceable taste experiences

To mark the occasion, Firmenich hosted a customer event at its headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland, and showcased the unique breadth of its clean label and natural capabilities. The two-day event culminated with a gala dinner created by two-start Michelin Chef Claude Legra, who used natural products from Firmenich’s Clean Label portfolio.
