Toufayan Bakeries introduced four products at The International Dairy Deli Bakery Association (IDDBA) show: Brioche Buns, Madeleines, Pita Chips and Everything Wraps. The new products include:
Toufayan Brioche Buns are available in Original and Sesame varieties. Their slightly sweet taste and fluffy texture make them a complement to burgers and meats. True to the Toufayan tradition, the company hearth-bakes each bread to a golden brown using wholesome ingredients that are naturally cholesterol and trans-fat free.
Madeleines are a complement to morning beverages or any time of day. Toufayan adds a small amount of lemon to give the teacakes a bright flavor.
Toufayan’s new Pita Chips have a thickness and crunch, making them an option for dipping and snacking. Toufayan Pita Chips come in three flavors including Sea Salt, Garlic Parmesan, and Caramelized Onion.
Toufayan Everything Wraps contain garlic, onion, poppy seeds, sesame seeds and a balanced amount of salt. The wraps are naturally cholesterol free and trans-fat free, convenient and versatile.
