Chunk Foods Announces Launch in Los Angeles

The brand specializes in plant-based whole cuts that model the taste and texture of traditional meat

Chunk Foods announced its launch in Los Angeles. Additional natural and organic independent retailers in Los Angeles and New York City will begin stocking the brand in the coming weeks. Chunk Foods creates plant-based whole cuts that rival traditional meats in taste and texture, offering consumers a versatile option for at-home preparation.

The new Chunk Foods line includes:
- Steaks (2-Pack 4oz each): These two 4oz plant-based steaks provide 25g of protein per serving. Perfect for pan searing or grilling, they offer a quick and convenient option for meal preparation. (SRP: $8.99)
-  Steakhouse Cut (Single 6oz): Ready in 5 minutes, this plant-based steak provides 37g of protein per serving. It’s perfect for pan searing, grilling, or even air frying. (SRP: $9.99)
-  Slab (10oz): With 31g of protein per serving, this versatile whole cut can be baked, barbecued, or smoked. It's a hearty option for a wide range of dishes. (SRP: $12.99)
-  Pulled (8oz): A plant-based pulled meat that’s ready in 7 minutes. With 25g of protein per serving, it's perfect for stir-fries, sandwiches, or as a topper for salads. (SRP: $7.99)

Each product comes packed with nutrients, including a great source of iron and vitamin B12, with no cholesterol and only eight ingredients. While the retail launch is starting in Los Angeles, the company has expansion plans for 2025, bringing the products to more consumers nationwide with larger retailers.
