Catalina Snacks, an innovator in better-for-you Snacks and Cereals, announced the appointment of Elias Aoukar as chief supply chain officer (CSCO). In this role, Aoukar will oversee all aspects of the company's supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and excellence as Catalina Crunch continues its aggressive growth trajectory.

Aoukar brings a wealth of experience in supply chain and operations leadership within the consumer packaged goods industry. Most recently, he served as chief operating officer at ByHeart, a premium baby formula company, where he played a pivotal role in enhancing operational capabilities and scaling production to meet growing demand. Prior to that, Aoukar held key leadership positions at major food companies, such as KIND, Danone North America, and Stonyfield Farm, where he successfully led supply chain transformation initiatives, customer service excellence, optimized sourcing strategies and strengthened end-to-end logistics.
